Created a plugin mechanism for spring xmls where the dspace services support
any spring xml files who fit the following condition:
* in the spring package
* the name must look like spring-dspace-plugin-*-services.xml where * is a
variable name for which aspect the xml is to be used.
Also renamed the discovery spring xml to fit the description above
Made dspace dependent on the new dspace-service version namely 2.0.2-SNAPSHOT.
