solr.statistics.logBots isn't documented in dspace.cfg or DSpace manual

solr.statistics.logBots (default true) is checked by SolrLogger when logging
new events, but is not documented anywhere, nor is it commented-out with its
default value in dspace.cfg, so users don't know about it!
(lots of other fixups to statistics documentation needed, but I will open that
in a separate issue)
