Hi Ashish, We've recently updated our DuraSpace GSoC 2011 page with a bit more information. This year, GSoC projects may be available for any of our three open source software technologies: DSpace, Fedora Commons and DuraCloud.
There is now a section on our GSoC wiki page which provides "Additional Technology Resources" for each of the above platforms: https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/GSOC/Google+Summer+of+Code+%28GSOC%29#GoogleSummerofCode%28GSOC%29-AdditionalTechnologyResources So, if you'd like to start getting a grip with the architecture of one or more of our technologies, please feel free to read through some of those additional resources. Please note, as DuraSpace supports three different technology platforms, you would not be required to understand all of them for every GSoC project. Many GSoC projects may only pertain to a single technology platform. So, you may wish to determine which platform(s) is most interesting to you. - Tim -- Tim Donohue Technical Lead for DSpace Project DuraSpace.org On 3/4/2011 6:35 AM, ashish mittal wrote: > Hello members, > > I am Ashish Mittal, a pre-final year BE student of Computer Engineering > from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, India.
