Fix Version/s: (was: 1.7.1)
Taking 1.7.1 off fix version since it's been agreed that this is documented and
expected behaviour in DSpace. (ie. READ doesn't imply browse)
Hiding items from browse and search is something that does need attention, but
since it'll be a new feature / improvement, it should be scheduled for 1.8.0 or
later.
