I gave this a quick test and I think there may be a small problem with the
patch. When I compare the output of ListIdentifiers with and without this patch
on my system, they're not quite the same. The "without" state currently
includes various other OAI patches, so I can't be certain that this patch is
the culprit. I hope to have some more time next week to figure out what's going
on; it may be related to #DS-866.
