Here are some questions for "SKOS Authority Controls" project:
1. Which version of DSpace should I work on?
Last year, I worked on DSpace 1.6 for RDF triplestore storage
implementation<https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/GSOC/GSOC10+-+Storage+Service+Implementations+Based+on+Semantic+Content+Repository>.
This year I'm supposed to use it for SKOS storage and retrieval.
2. Where is the svn repository located?
Shall I use GitHub?
3. Should I work based on the following effort of Authority Control
implementation:

DSPACE/Authority+Control+of+Metadata+Values
It seems DSpace has done a lot for Authority Control. What's the
relationship between my job and this work?
