Every JAR in [DSpace]/lib will be on the classpath.  So, if you're
introducing a new class (that is:  its fully qualified name is unique)
then you can just pack it up in a JAR and drop it into that directory,
and it will be available for use.  Then the only thing you should need
to do, in order to use it, is to edit one line in the sitemap, and
that ought to be in webapps/xmlui/sitemap.xmap, not hiding in a JAR.
