This patch adds jQuery Treeview functionality
(http://bassistance.de/jquery-plugins/jquery-plugin-treeview/) to the
communities and collections views in XMLUI Reference theme.
This patch is intended to improve the UI, especially when navigating larger
numbers of communities and collections.

To see the collapsible tree in action, visit the Jorum customised version of
DSpace 1.5.2 at http://open.jorum.ac.uk
Note that this functionality hasn't been added to any of the other sample XMLUI
