The regular expression used to judge the validity of themepath overrides
wrongly excludes
paths that begin with W,X,Y,and Z
"^[a-zA-V0-9][a-zA-Z0-9/_\\-]*/?$"
The V should be a Z in the above regex from
org.dspace.app.xmlui.cocoon.ThemeMatcher.java
