All, Sorry about the extra "Subscription"/Reporting emails from JIRA this morning. You'll notice there were several copies of our JIRA reports ("Issues Needing Review" and "Stale Issues Reports"). The reason is that we are in the midst of testing a JIRA upgrade (to latest version of JIRA). So, some of those reports were accidentally sent from the "Test server" which we are using to test the JIRA upgrade processes. You'll also notice different total numbers & ticket listings in these reports, which was caused by the Test server having old, out-of-date content.
If you are curious which reports are *real* and which can be disregarded: Real, Accurate Reports: * "JIRA Stale Issues" - 7/31 at 18:01:31 PDT (reported 108 issues) * "JIRA Issues Needing Review" - 7/31 at 18:01:34 PDT (reported 82 issues) All other reports can be disregarded. You can also tell which are invalid from the Email Headers. Invalid reports will say they originated from "jira@atlasTEST" (which is the test server). Valid reports will have originated from "jira@atlas" (which is the Production server). Sorry for any confusion this may have caused! Also, as an FYI, the test JIRA Upgrade so far has looked successful. So, it is likely the real JIRA Upgrade will be taking place later this week (either Thurs, Aug 4 or Fri, Aug 5). This may cause JIRA to be inaccessible for an hour or two. More announcements forthcoming, once we finalize the upgrade date & time. - Tim ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Got Input? Slashdot Needs You.
