Peter Dietz commented on DS-847:
--------------------------------
I've added some XSL fixes for the dri2xhtml theme. A few cases where I was able
to improve:
* There is no dc.title metadata field
* The dc.title metadata field has no content, such as dc.title = ""
Note that this isn't hard-coded to dc.title, but whatever DRI will expose as
@element='title'.
This fixes the browse listing, it also fixes the page title <head><title> so
that it will say something like "Untitled" when the title is missing. It will
also fix the h1 on a page.
I didn't necessarily fix up the author / other metadata fields in this round of
fixes.
> Items without title or author display incorrectly in browse lists

> We accidentally created an item without author or title. Fixing the problem
> was challenging because all the browse indexes use the author and title for
> the link text and web browsers don't allow users to easily browse to links
> with empty link text.
> When the skins are creating links, they thus need to be careful to ensure
> that all links have some characters in them. I'm not sure whether
> non-breaking space will work, but including a hyphen should.
