Hi Ivan,
I'm assuming you are using DSpace 1.8 ? Have a look in the dspace-src/pom.xml
and you will see 2 dependencies for the language packs...

They refer to a range of versions rather than one specific version, so each
time you rebuild you should pick up the latest version from the Maven Central
repository. I'll do a release of the language packs later this week which
should contain the changes supplied by yourself and committed by Claudia. After
that all you have to do is rebuild and you will pick them up automatically.
