The loop which produces email notifications for to workflow groups quits
entirely if a single group member has a bad (malformed) email address. Any
users whose emails were processed before the error will still get their
notices, but users later in the eperson array will not. The log warning
identifies the group which generated the error, but not the eperson_id of the
culprit.
This probably effects all versions, but definitely from 1.6.2 to the current
code base. I've provided a potential patch against the trunk.
