Fix Version/s: post-1.8.x
Committed fix for the "Select Collection" select list so that a user can see
the full width of the collection name. The select list is fixed to width 350px,
but the options inside will maximize to the required width, thus the data is
full size, but it all fits on the html page fine.
This is committed post 1.8.x, thus it will make it into 3.0/3.x.
