when setup all things (tomcat, dspace) and go to [dspace]/bin and try to create
administrator >>>> $ dspace create-administrator following message appears.
"sudo: dspace: command not found" . when configure in windows 7 its OK.(no
problem.) . Problem arose in ubuntu10.04
