Hi Adibo,
I'm not sure this is a problem we can help you with. Based on your
description, I'd guess that you may have a local firewall in place that is
blocking 'http://dspace.unafri.org' from being accessible via the internet. It
looks as though your IP address is also inaccessible via the internet (or at
least a ping fails to respond). Perhaps there is a local system administrator
you can talk to about these issues.
