Breadcrumb trail incorrect for community/collection browse and statistics

In the breadcrumb trail for Community and Collection browses (by author, title,
etc.) the immediate parent of the browse is not linked. (See
http://demo.dspace.org/xmlui/handle/10673/1067/browse?type=author.)
In the breadcrumb trail for statistics for Communities and Collections, the
terminal element ("Statistics") carries the link to the immediate parent, while
the text of the immediate parent is not linked. (See
http://demo.dspace.org/xmlui/handle/10673/1067/statistics.) For items, the
name of the item is not in the trail and the terminal element ("Statistics")
carries the link to the item. (See:
