add redirects to SWORD/OAI/LNI interfacts

A common theme of usage questions that come up regarding the various DSpace
interfaces (be they SWORD, OAI, or LNI) is the correct format of the request
URLs for each interface. We should make this process a bit friendlier by
implementing in each interface a redirect from obviously wrong URLs to the
correct URL. For example: redirect [swordappname]/ ->
[swordappname]/servicedocument and [oaiappname]/? -> [oaiappname]/request?
