+1 to this idea. I think that "troubleshoot an error" Wiki doc is a good
starting point, but we likely should expand upon that and create a section that
actually lists some common error messages & solutions to them (which we can
build up over time).
We also have a small amount of this in the Installation docs -- there's a
"Common Problems" section (which likely also needs another look & update as
needed):

More than anything, I think we just need someone (or multiple someones) to
startup this section. We can also move that "Troubleshoot an error" page over
to the official docs and setup a redirect (so the old URL redirects to official
docs).
