Adding an Introductory text (HTML) box in the item record

Currently, an Introductory text (HTML) box is available at the community or
collection level, but not at the item level. I'd like to see that this feature
is also available at the item record level. If so, people can add a video box
there with an embedded html code for an online streaming video clip. It will
look nicer and be more convenient for users to click the video box to play a
streaming video. Without this feature, people have to click "view/open" and
select whether to open or download the video file in the pop-up window. In
other words, with a video box in the item record, people don't need to download
those video clips to their own computers. In many libraries, people are not
allowed to download any files to the public workstations.
