dc.contributor.author is not set up in QDC crosswalk

The QDC crosswalk is set up to only authors only through dc.creator. The
following line should be included in dspace/config/crosswalks/QDC.properties to
enable dc.contributor.author:
dc.contributor.author = <dc:creator />
Otherwise this metadata doesn't appear in OAI-PMH records, for instance.
