The sorting should depend on the language (qualifier) of the title as it is
done now in the browse index. Furthermore not all stop words for searching are
not to be sorted lexically at the beginning of a title. So definite an
indefinite articles usually do not sort at the beginning of a title but words
like with, such etc. do
