-1 from me. I don't think this is a good idea:
1) This text is supposed to be (and is intentionally easy) to change by
repository administrators, who should replace it with their own branding. So
end users should never see this.
2) This text is important for new DSpace admins to recognize they're looking at
the XMLUI interface, not JSPUI or something else.
