That was very well put. One of my thoughts is that perhaps "If we build it,
they will come.". Meaning, if we create the appropriate project for this
"business tier", then developers can begin to consolidate code within it.
This can be part of the maven project consolidation and in theory, we
would be reintroducing a common webapp project that provided business
classes and a basic WebMVC configuration web apps could choose to utilize
or override with their own.
The above was already a feature of the identifier services, but only added
to xmlui, it should be a simple adjustment to make a secondary project for
it.
