Hello all,

I would like to call to your attention that @mire, in the name of proactive
review, has published their Advanced Embargo work. I'm sure there will be some
discussion about this in the coming weeks as we approach the DSpace 3.0 feature
freeze.

Please see the links shared below and, especially if you intend to use this
functionality, help us review the contribution. It is one of the more
significant items being offered for DSpace 3.0 and it would be great to hear
anything the community has to say about it.

Cheers,

Release Team,

I've put up a Pull Request for our Advanced Embargo work:
https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/pull/43

As part of the JIRA task: https://jira.duraspace.org/browse/DS-895

And Documented within the DSpace wiki at:
https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSPACE/Advanced+Embargo+Support

This work is currently under testing, but is open to review by the community.
We recommend a period of one week, with dialog on next weeks IRC meeting to
address any issues or concerns prior to commit.

Best Regards,

Mark Diggory
