Discussed in Developer's meeting yesterday ().
We believe this is resolved and both Oracle Java 7 & OpenJDK 7 should work.
Things to do for DSpace 3.0:
1. For 3.0, we should test DSpace against Oracle Java 7 & OpenJDK 7
2. Need to update install instructions for 3.0 to indicate that OpenJDK also
supported.
3. We may need to upgrade Lucene & Solr to 3.6 for full Java 7 support from
each:
