This work contains improvements and fixes for the Configurable Workflow and
Includes:
1.) Configurable bitstream add/edit/remove functionality during workflow
2.) Properly implemented the "visibility" option. This will allow metadata
fields to be configured to only show up during submission or workflow. These
fields can be made required (this wasn't possible before)
3.) In the configurable workflow it is now possible to edit "Repository groups"
in the "edit collection roles" page.
