Raised with DCAT in mid-August 2012 as a potential addition for 3.0. Several
voiced enthusiastic support for including a schema based on ETD-MS
(http://www.ndltd.org/standards/metadata/etd-ms-v1.1.html/). We might consider
either exposing this as an additional metadata schema for OAI-PMH harvesting or
crosswalking into OAI DC, for aggregation into NDLTD.
