Implement function analogous to the one in JSPUI. For administrators, shows an
"Export metadata" button in search results, that allows them to export a CSV
file with the search results metadata. This CSV is re-ingestible by the Batch
Metadata Editor.
Consider implementing this as an aspect, so it may be turned off if not
desirable.
The JSPUI feature patch can be seen in DS-161.
