Hi Tim,
Lyncode is willing to propose several contributions to DSpace in the
following days/months.
Once the contributions submission deadline for DSpace 3.0 has already
ended, this will target DSpace 4.0.
Does the process still the same, based in Jira + GitHub? Or should we
submit our proposals just in Jira, leaving Github for later on (avoiding
confusion with 3.0 proposals)?
