Yesterday I promised to look into remaining references to SVN in the
POMs.  From a recent but not completely fresh checkout I'd identified
two:  <licenses> in dspace-parent, and <description> in
dspace-discovery/dspace-discovery-provider.

dspace-pom seems to have been fixed since that checkout.  A fresh
clone refers to github for LICENSE.

dspace-discovery-provider seems to have disappeared in the Maven
consolidation work.

So, I think this is done.  'grep'ping the fresh clone for 'svn' turns
up only commentary and binaries.
