This isn't a problem.
The schema (http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/oai_dc.xsd) is defined as a
choice, not as a sequence. The namespace is also correctly defined (better look
at the source to check).
This is a limitation of the SAX parser, that is unable to assume namespaces
defined in the mean-while (only supports definitions at the root node).
