You can apply using:

It applied almost cleanly, except for 1 CSS file, which is easy to do by hand
if you look at the rejected hunk:
dspace-xmlui/dspace-xmlui-webapp/src/main/webapp/themes/Mirage/lib/css/style.css.rej
I haven't actually run the patched DSpace 1.8.2, though.
