Ivan is correct. You are welcome to list credits in the official docs (e.g.
OAI 2.0 was developed and donated by Lyncode -- with a link to your site). But
please no advertisements in the official DSpace Documentation. You are welcome
to advertise services on email threads though or mention them in the general
wiki. You can also be listed as "Registered Service Provider" on
http://www.dspace.org/service-providers/ or
http://www.duraspace.org/service_providers to advertise your services (see
those pages for the signup info, or get in touch if you have questions)
