The IdentifierService defines several methods to handle (mint, register,
delete, …) identifiers. All of them throws an IdentifierException except the
method register(Context, DspaceObject, String). As even the method
register(Context, DspaceObject) can throw a IdentifierException it should also
be added to register(Context, DspaceObject, String).
