When looking at a second-level browse page (eg browsing items by a given author
or subject), the sort option shown isn't always the sort option actually used.
This differs across systems with the same configuration; the problem is that
org.dspace.sort.SortOption stores the sort options from dspace.cfg in a way
that doesn't necessarily preserve order.
