The suggestions in this older ticket are now implemented in DSpace
* Workflow Events were implemented as a subset of DS-1243 in DSpace 3.0 - See
https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/blob/master/dspace-api/src/main/java/org/dspace/workflow/WorkflowManager.java#L675
* Item Install Event has existed for some time now - See
https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/blob/master/dspace-api/src/main/java/org/dspace/content/InstallItem.java#L207
Closing this ticket as the suggested events now exist in DSpace. We can reopen
new tickets if new events are necessary.
