When using HTTPS with dspace and OAI-PMH, Internet explorer complains about
insecure content, because it is using a http:// url for jquery instead of
https://. https://code.jquery.com has an invalid SSL certificate.
I propose switching it to
https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.2/jquery.min.js
https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/blob/master/dspace-oai/src/main/webapp/static/style.xsl#L30
