I filed a ticket (https://jira.duraspace.org/browse/DS-1459) and created a pull request (https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/pull/174). With this pull request dissemination crosswalks could be tested like ingestion crosswalks by executing [dspace]/bin/dspace dsrun org.dspace.content.XSLTDisseminationCrosswalk <crosswalk> <handle>.
Can please anyone have a look on the code? Is it okay to turn the authentification system off for a tool that can only be used to export a single object using the command line?
