After withdrawing an item, the item still shows up in search results and recent
items (XMLUI with Discovery).
Steps to reproduce:
1) withdraw an item
2) search for the item using Discovery
Expected result:
It doesn't show up in search results
Actual result:
It shows up in search results
Running update-discovery-index (even with the -c or -b parameter) doesn't
remove the item from index, either.
