Resolution: Won't Fix
Hi Sönmez,
like I already said on the mailing list, there won't be another langpack
release for 1.7, so I'm closing this particular issue (you can still point
people to it, the files will be available even if it's closed). You're most
welcome to submit translations for the newer versions.
