Dear Ivan Masár,
DSpace 1.8.2 Turkish language files upgrade is ready. "Message.proparties_tr",
"input-forms_tr.xml", "collection-admin_tr.html", "default_tr.license",
"index_tr.html", and "site-admin_tr.html" files attached of this post. I hope
the files will be involved of DSpace 1.8.x packages.
The DSpace 3.0 Turkish Language translation is coming.
Hereby I would like to share uft8 support problem of Message.proparties file.
There is unicode support problem on "Message.proparties" file. This file don't
accept some Turkish language character (ö, ç, ş, ı, ü, ğ = Ö, Ç, Ş, İ, Ü, Ğ).
If you use the these characters in "Message.proparties" file the system doesn't
work. So I used the below ASCII codes instead of this characters in the
Message.proparties file.
ASCII Codes List of Special Turkish Characters:
ç = ç
ı = ı
ğ = ğ
ö = ö
ş = ş
ü = ü
Ç = Ç
İ = İ
Ğ = Ð
Ö = Ö
Ş = Ş
Ü = Ü
