The idea here is to add a button that acts as a trigger for a web service
request to some (hypothetically existing) citation-building web service.
Suggested application logic:
1. Button-click reads field values such as type of item, author names, title of
item, name of publication editor, etc. -- i.e. all information that is
necessary to compute a formatted citation (e.g. Chicago/APA/etc.)
2. Web service request round trip
3. Automatically fills Citation field with web service result
