In transformer "org.dspace.app.xmlui.aspect.submission.submit.UploadStep", when
there is no file already loaded, it shows the control buttons into the main
<dri:div> element, but after the first file is uploaded, it creates a
completely new <dri:div> element to place those buttons.
This is inconsistent and creates problems with the CSS and when you create
special XSLs for the rendering
