Looking at the attached log, the underlying error actually seems to be related
to your Oracle drivers not being found:
Caused by: org.sonatype.aether.transfer.ArtifactNotFoundException: Failure to
find com.oracle:ojdbc6:jar:11.1.0.6.0 in
http://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/releases/
It sounds like you are attempting to install DSpace on Oracle, but have
neglected to install the necessary Oracle Driver.
Please make sure you have followed the special Oracle setup in the DSpace
Installation instructions (see the "Oracle" setup under Step #4 -- it requires
you to manually download the proper driver from Oracle, and then run a "mvn
install:install-file" command in order to make that driver available to Maven):

I'd venture to guess that you may have forgotten to run that "mvn
install:install-file" command, as Maven doesn't seem to be able to find the
Oracle Driver of version 11.1.0.6.0 (as noted in the log message above).
I'm going to close this ticket and mark it as "Cannot Reproduce", as I believe
it would be resolved by properly installing the Oracle Driver as noted in the
instructions above. If we need to, we can always reopen this ticket if we find
there is an underlying bug.
