the Plexus interpolator starts looking for a match and never stops until it
finds one. We don't use @token@, but we do filter email addresses.
The workaround (configuring the Resources plugin to filter only on ${*}) seems
to work. I don't yet know whether there is a released later version of
Resources that is fixed.
