In this situation it's hard to tell what may be going on with your DSpace
instance without knowing more about your setup, and whether any errors are
occurring behind the scenes. We recommend that you ask this question over on
the DSpace Tech Listserv (linked above) and provide us more information about
your setup and how many Communities/Collections you have, etc.
