As far as I'm aware, this problem may have been a side-effect of our fix to
ensure all XMLUI Error pages response with 404 (instead of 200) - see DS-768.
However, that has not been verified.
We need a volunteer to investigate this problem more closely and see if there's
a way to generate a better formatted "404 error" page for XMLUI (similar to the
JSPUI "Not found" page, e.g.
