Resolution: Won't Fix
I'm going to close this ticket, as it seems to be a "non-issue" for the
majority of the year. We only seem to get an influx of tickets created via
demo.dspace.org during Testathons. In other words, since it only seems to
happen during Testathon, it doesn't seem to warrant a separate JIRA project
altogether -- we can just manage it during Testathon.
