Other priority goes up, and also I did not see much interests since creating
this thread.
I am currently testing the transliteration of Persian/Dari program... Please
marked this as "volunteer needed".
Also, I think it is better to be stored in the database/file (because
on-the-fly sometimes fails due to failed response from the 3rd party (i.e.
Google Translate, or Microsoft translate).
